Lip stick remover!

Being a Mommy of three girls can be challenging to say the least, most of all my three year old who is really into tutus, makeup and Barbies right now. Recently she managed to cover a brand new outfit with bright pink lip stick....yep I was ready to toss the clothes in the garbage and accept the inevitable. According to many, lip stick does not come out!
So after many a debate I decided I wasn't quite ready to admit defeat and took to google for ways to remove lipstick stains. I stumbled across another blog suggesting rubbing alcohol and thought, what the heck, the clothes couldn't get worse!
Basically I poured capfuls of the stuff onto the stains and dabbed my usual laundry detergent on as well and scrubbed with a toothbrush. And lo and behold it worked! Took a lot of scrubbing power and a second dose of the alcohol and soap but now you can't even tell there was ever bright lip stick there!
Moral of my story being, don't listen to others who say it's impossible because I'm sharing the secret of the "possible" Now to try this on my microfiber couches, from my research it takes black marks and water stains from that as well :) I will definitely update my results on my couches once I've attacked that job :)
